Your completed design will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your package - around one week. The entire process happens online and at your own pace.

Absolutely. With every Decozie service you message your designer directly over WhatsApp or email, with no call centre and no ticket queue. Your designer reaches out within two business days of purchase, stays with you through every round of revisions, and remains available after delivery: 14 days on the Essence Package, 30 days on Signature, Custom Cabinetry and Kitchen & Bath Design. Custom Cabinetry support runs over email so your contractor can be copied in.

For full room design you'll first receive a moodboard featuring furniture and decor selections; for cabinetry you'll receive elevation drawings, and for kitchen and bath a 3D render and layout. Your designer will adjust your plan based on your feedback to ensure it matches your vision. Post-delivery support is separate from revisions: it answers questions, it does not add another round of changes.

Yes. For full room design, measurements and photos help your designer create a plan that fits perfectly. For Custom Cabinetry and Kitchen & Bath Design they are essential: we design from the measurements you provide, so they must be accurate, and your contractor should field-verify every dimension before anything is fabricated. We send a measurement guide after purchase to walk you through it.

Absolutely! Just let your designer know which pieces you'd like to keep, and they'll incorporate them into your new design.

No. Custom Cabinetry and Kitchen & Bath Design are design-only services. We deliver the drawings, 3D visuals, and material and fixture selections, and your own contractor or cabinetmaker builds from them. We do not fabricate, install, manage construction, visit the site, produce engineered or stamped drawings, pull permits, or design plumbing and electrical relocation.

Not to order. Many customers buy a design precisely so they can show a contractor exactly what they want and get accurate quotes. You will need a contractor or cabinetmaker to build it, and they should field-verify all measurements before fabrication begins.

One wall is one continuous run of built-ins, up to 12 ft: a media wall, a wardrobe wall, a pantry run, or a mudroom bench. A longer run counts as two walls. You pick how many walls you need when you order, and if the project turns out to need more we will tell you before we begin.
