About measurements
We design from the measurements you send us, and we make that easy: right after you order you get a measuring guide and a short photo checklist. Your contractor confirms the final dimensions on site before anything is built, the way they would with any set of design drawings.

Each project covers one room: a kitchen or a bathroom, not both. They are genuinely separate design jobs, so if you want both, order two projects and your designer will handle them individually.
No. This is a design-only service. We deliver the 3D render, layout plan and selections; your own contractor does the construction. We do not build, install, manage the project, or visit the site.
We can design a layout that assumes changes, and we will show you what that looks like. The engineering behind it stays with your build team: plumbing and electrical relocation drawings, structural work and code compliance are handled by your contractor and, where required, a licensed professional.
Tell your designer in the notes and send the model numbers and dimensions. They will design around what you already own or have ordered.
Yes, it is a flat $359 per room whether it is a kitchen, a full bathroom or a powder room.
