About measurements
We design from the measurements you send us, and we make that easy: right after you order you get a measuring guide and a short photo checklist. Your contractor confirms the final dimensions on site before anything is built, the way they would with any set of design drawings.

One wall is one continuous run of built-ins, up to 12 ft: a media wall, a wardrobe wall, a pantry run, or a mudroom bench. A longer run counts as two walls. You choose how many walls you need when you order, and if the project turns out to need more we will tell you before we begin.
No. This is a design-only service. We deliver the drawings and selections, and your own contractor or cabinetmaker builds and installs from them. We do not fabricate, install, manage construction, or visit the site.
Yes, that is exactly what they are for. You receive dimensioned elevations showing sizes, materials, finishes and hardware. Like any set of design drawings, your contractor field-verifies the dimensions on site and adapts the build to site conditions and local code.
Not to order. Many customers buy the design precisely so they can show a contractor exactly what they want and get accurate, comparable quotes. You will need one to build it.
We design from what you send us, so accuracy matters. Our measurement guide walks you through it, and your contractor should verify everything on site before cutting or ordering anything. If a measurement changes, your revision round is there to adjust the design.
